Types of shipping packaging

Millions of parcels are sent and received every day. To stand out in this competitive e-commerce market, stylish shipping packaging is essential. This increases your visibility and recognisability. At RetailBags, you can get shipping bags and shipping boxes printed with your logo or design. Among others, we have the following shipping packaging:

• Paper shipping bags (FSC®)
• Plastic bags (up to 80% recycled)
• Paper shipping boxes (FSC®)
• Grass paper shipping boxes (at least 30% grass fibre, the rest is FSC® certified)

Printing shipping packages

Looking for paper carrier bags with your own logo or customized carrier bags in your corporate identity or theme? We supply bags that can be printed completely according to your wishes, both on the inside and outside. This way, you can make the carrier bag extra special and personal. We use both flexo and offset printing techniques to print the carrier bags. The flexo technique is suitable for many different substrates, as it uses a flexible printing plate. This technique is especially ideal for plastic bags. Offset printing makes it possible to print large quantities quickly and accurately. We determine which printing technique is most ideal for each order. The customized bags and boxes can be printed in full colour in CMYK or in up to 6 PMS colors.

Shipping packages in different materials

RetailBags supplies various customised shipping packaging, fully tailored to your requirements. The packaging is available in different materials:

• White/brown 1- or 2-sided coated paper up to 250 grams
• White and brown kraft paper from 80 to 250 grams
• White and brown cardboard from 170 to 300 grams
• Recycled paper or FSC®-certified paper
• E-flute cardboard + grass paper
• Virgin or recycled (up to 80%)
• LDPE/MDPE/HDPE
• Bi-colour
• With or without returnable strip

Finishing for printed shipping bags and boxes

At RetailBags, you can have shipping bags and boxes printed and finished according to your wishes. You also determine the format yourself. For smaller runs, you can choose from a large number of standard sizes; from 2,000 boxes upwards, we can have the packaging completely customised. For the finishing, you can choose from:

• The (grass paper) shipping boxes: 1-sided printing, 2-sided printing, hotfoil printing, matt or gloss laminated, embossed or debossed etc.
• The paper shipping bags are offset printed. No printing plate needs to be made.
• The shipping bags can be printed in one colour, full-colour and/or all-over. Optionally finished with spot UV, relief UV, brocade UV and various colours of hotfoil.
• The plastic shipping bags can be printed up to 10 PMS colours using the flexo technique, both single- and double-sided, with logo or full-colour printing. Optionally, we can add a transparent pocket for documents to the shipping bags.
