Plastic carrier bags have many advantages over paper bags, for example: they are sturdy, reusable and compact to store. Especially in the retail sector, printed plastic carrier bags are therefore still often offered. At RetailBags, we can print different types of plastic bags…:

• Basic plastic bags with die-cut handle: inexpensive and available in (up to 80%) recycled plastic. Handle can be reinforced.
• Plastic bags with loop handle: most popular and available in (up to 80%) recycled plastic.
• Plastic shipping bags: ideal for web shops and available in (up to 80%) recycled plastic.

Printing plastic bags

Printing plastic bags in your corporate identity or with your logo is a great way to increase your visibility and recognition on the street. Our plastic bags and shipping bags are available in many different standard colours.

You can print plastic bags in 1 colour or in your own unique PMS colour(s) to match your corporate identity. When printing plastic carrier bags, we use the flexo technique, which allows the bags to be printed full-colour in CMYK or up to 6 separate PMS colours. For this printing technique, a printing plate must be made, which is kept for 3 years for reorders.

Plastic types

These days, plastic bags are available in all kinds of plastic. Also in more sustainable variants, such as bags made from recycled PET bottles. At RetailBags, you can choose from virgin or (up to 80%) recycled LDPE (hard plastic), MDPE (medium plastic) or HDPE (soft plastic). In terms of thickness, the plastic carrier bags are available from 30 to 70 microns.

Finishing of plastic bags

Do you want to give your customers something unique? Then have your plastic bags or plastic mailing bags printed and finished in your house style. You can choose from various sizes and finishes. A plastic bag with a punched handle is a basic model that is very economical. The handle can optionally be reinforced with a patch.
